 Description:


WEEM 6216 Jumbo Roll is engineered for high-efficiency conversion into premium ceramic fiber discs, delivering exceptional grinding, beveling, and weld removal performance on hard metals. Featuring advanced nano-crystalline ceramic alumina grains, it achieves up to 79% higher material removal rates than traditional aluminum oxide abrasives.


Its resin-over-resin bonding system ensures superior grain retention and durability under extreme torque, while the vulcanized fiber backing provides outstanding heat resistance and structural stability, preventing deformation during high-speed operation.


A proprietary fluoride thermal diffusion coating significantly reduces workpiece burning by up to 77% and clogging by 87%, setting WEEM 6216 apart in both performance and cost-efficiency.
